NAVIGATION CHARTS
- Identified by the Red Title
Block. Developed in 1984, ISS was the first company to
successfully reproduce government paper charts on
waterproof, tearproof, synthetic paper. Since then
WATERPROOF CHARTS have been constantly refined and
revised. New editions are easier to read, handle, fold
andstore. GPS and Loran waypoints are printed directly
on the chart, making it easy to set up your
electronics. All editions now have information on free
updates. |

| FISH/DIVE
CHARTS -
Identified by the suffix
“F” following the chart edition number, these
charts combine the elements of navigation quality
nautical charts with information critical to
fishermen. Carefully and accurately plotted on each
chart are dozens, often hundreds of proven positions
for reefs, wrecks and other fish holding features.
Each position is numbered and indexed . Loran &
GPS position information is provided to guide you
accurately to the sites. Some Fish/ Dive Charts
include additional information such as emphasized
bottom contour lines, extra Loran position lines and
supplemental bottom information. |

PRINT CHARTS -Identified
by the the Suffix "E"
following the chart edition number, ISS began making
LARGE PRINT WATERPROOF CHARTS IN 1989. Not only do
these special editions have much larger print but they
combine other features which make them much easier to
read and use. Larger, clearer “place names” make
your destinations easier to find. Bright colors help
you identify water depth and GPS Waypoints make it
easy to set up your electronics. |
