The Sea-Fire FM-200 Automatic and Manual /Automatic Fire Extinguishing System provides ultimate marine fire protection. 5 STEPS TO SELECT THE CORRECT SYSTEM FOR YOUR BOAT
• Determine the volume of the engine compartment to be protected. Print out our 'Boat Spec' form for more information.
• From the Sea-Fire specification table, select the model that meets or exceeds the calculated volume of the engine compartment. Up to 6.8 m3 there is a choice of either an FG or FD cylinder. FG are lighter Aluminum cylinders that are not refillable. FD are steel cylinders that are refillable in the event of a discharge.
• Select an automatic 'A' designation or manual/automatic 'M' designation. A man/auto cylinder needs a cable for manual activation. See Accessories page.
• We strongly recommend that all diesel engined boats should fit an automatic engine shutdown system to avoid the FM200 being dispersed.
