How to Repair Sevylor Inflatable Products

SEVYLOR INFLATABLE
REPAIRS



Sevylor Inflatables are designed and assembled to the highest standards. Minimize wear to your Sevylor inflatable by observing instructions and/or warnings accompanying your product. If however you do suspect a leak, use a spray bottle and soapy solution to find the leak. Thoroughly spray your inflated product section by section while watching for bubbles. Make sure to check around all valves and seams.

If you find a pin hole, you can repair it quickly and easily by using either the patch kit you received with your product or by using Sevylor Air Seal (AS1). It only takes a few minutes for Air Seal to dry completely. If you find a seam separation, it can be repaired with Sevylor Seam Seal (AS20). This repair technique must be dried overnight.

Larger seam separations should be repaired by Sevylor or an authorized repair station. Details can be obtained from Sevylor Customer Service at customerservice@sevylor.com.
