~ CAPTAIN'S TIP: Christmas Gift Ideas, Ordering Deadlines

Christmas is here at last! Or almost here... Nary a snow flake is falling in the North Country, but we're optimistic that we may still enjoy a white Christmas.

Once again, our dedicated ShipStore.com crew is working on overdrive to get sleigh-load after sleigh-load of holiday gifts out the door and on their way. A special thanks goes out to Samantha, Carol and Deb who're hustling away like Santa's very own helpers to ensure that every one of our wonderful ShipStore.com shoppers receives the gifts they've ordered in a timely fashion.

How are YOU coming on your holiday gift list? Gift giving quandaries? Stumped on what to get for your spouse, child, colleague or best friend? For some reason "crunch time" arrives and those great gift ideas that we've all been adding to our mental holiday list during the year just seem to evaporate. Poof! "Wait a minute, I knew exactly what to get a moment ago..."

Well, perhaps "plenty of time" is an exaggeration, but we can assure you that orders placed NOW should arrive at your doorstep in plenty of time for the holidays.

Although we MAY be able to get some in-stock items to you as late as December 23 (if you pay expedited delivery), most items must be ordered prior to December 20 to reach you in time. Willing to risk it? I didn't think so. There's only one Christmas morning, and we promise to do everything in our power to get you your gifts on time. So here's the vital deadline. Ready!

ALL CHRISTMAS ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE NOON (ET) TUESDAY, DECEMBER 20!

Please plan your shipping according to this deadline to avoid receiving items late. Please include any important shipping information (ie. "I absolutely must have this SevyTex Runabout by Christmas eve at...") in the Special Instructions field during checkout. We need a little help from you to make sure we meet (and hopefully exceed) your expectations. (Please note that international shipments will have to be checked on a case-by-case basis. The location of the warehouse and the specific item will change the delivery times.)

Time to let you go, but first I have two final thoughts. First, check out the Christmas Gift Ideas we've put together for you below. It's a long list because we've tried to cover everyone on your shopping list. Great deals on great items that will guarantee great big smiles on your loved ones' faces on Christmas morning.
